Future Baseball Lover?

Every night Nolen reads a little bit to Chloe. At this point, we are told that she is able to hear voices and sounds going on, so we want to make sure that she knows her daddy's voice as well. Well, Friday night Nolen read a Dr. Seuss book to her, which caused her to move around a little bit. Well then Nolen starts reading Casey at the Bat. Apparently Chloe really liked that book because she starts moving around a lot more. We are both loving this, so we decide to see if we can get a bigger reaction out of her. Nolen reads "Who's on First, What's on Second" and it was like Chloe was doing kickboxing. You could even see her kicks and punches on my stomach. It was pretty incredible to see and feel.

This week was pretty good. We did complete most all of our registry, which is nice to have that taken care of. We are registered at Babies R Us and Land of Nod. Only have a few more things to figure out with that regard, but it is nice to have it mostly all done at this point. Not too much else going on with Chloe this week. You can really feel her moving throughout the day now and her movements are getting stronger so that Nolen can feel them too.

I personally feel as though this week my baby bump really grew. It was like every morning this week I would wake up and noticeably feel as though she (and I) grew overnight. I know it is only the beginning as we will continue to grow over the next 4 months.



That is about all for this week. Just enjoying this beautiful weather we are currently having here. I am looking very forward to heading to Denver this weekend to see my parents and grandparents for a few days. Until next week :)
